WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
I am based in Brentwood Essex, so I primarily plan weddings and events within Essex and surrounding areas such as Suffolk, Kent, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. I am however able to work within additional locations, so please feel free to contact me should your wedding be taking place in a county not mentioned above.
DO YOU WORK WITH PARTICULAR VENUES AND SUPPLIERS AND AM I EXPECTED TO BOOK THESE FOR MY WEDDING?
Although I work with a whole host of amazing suppliers and venues, I am by no means tied to them in anyway. I never forget it is your special day and will only ever suggest suppliers and venues that perfectly match your vision. So, if there is a particular venue or supplier that has caught your eye, then I am more than happy to work with them.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
I am very proud to offer a selection of planning packages, which allows me to work with couples who are at varying stages of planning their wedding. So please contact me when you would like us to start working together. We can then discuss your wedding, what stage you are at with planning your wedding and then decide on a planning package that best meets your requirements.
Please do bear in mind that I work with a limited number of couples on a full planning basis. Therefore, if you are looking for this service you should contact me as soon as you begin to plan your wedding, especially if you are hoping to get married within the summer months.
CAN YOU CREATE A BESPOKE PLANNING SERVICE TO ACCOMMODATE MY REQUIREMENTS?
Of course, if you are unable to find a planning package that perfectly meets your requirements, please do get in touch. We can then discuss the finer details of your wedding and agree on a planning package that provides the level of assistance you require.
DO YOU PLAN MARQUEE WEDDINGS?
The answer to this questions is a big yes! I adore everything about marquee weddings, even the additional logistical considerations they attract.
I AM ONLY AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS MY WEDDING IN THE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. WILL YOU BE AVAILABLE AT THESE TIMES?
The simple answer is yes. I am always happy to schedule calls around your existing work and family commitments, so evening and weekends are no problem.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
My payment terms will depend on the planning service you select and also the amount of time we will be working together.
As an example, for my full planning service you will need to pay 40% of your total fee at the time of booking, a further 40% is then due part way through the planning process, with the final balance due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, I am fully insured with Public Liability Insurance
DO YOU PLAN OTHER OCCASIONS?
I most definitely do. I love planning milestone birthdays parties, special anniversary celebrations and any other occasion you may be celebrating. So please do get in touch.

She started her career within the legal profession and was a Personal Assistant for 14 years before training with the UKAWP to become a professional wedding and events planner and then going on to launch “Hayley Jayne Weddings & Events”.
