Professional Freelance Event Coordination

As a wedding planner having a strong and reliable freelance team around me is essential, and Hayley has been fantastic. She was excellent with clients, took on a great deal of information with ease, and handled last minute surprises calmly and professionally. She reviewed all documentation in advance, asked thoughtful questions and was extremely proactive on the day.

I absolutely love working with Hayley. As a wedding planner myself it is so incredibly helpful having someone who knows the job as well as Hayley does. Her experience makes her a calm addition to the team.

Hayley has helped me on a number of weddings I’ve managed over the last year, and it has been an absolute pleasure every single time. Not only is Hayley helpful, but she is knowledgeable and hardworking. She’s always my second pair of eyes, and I have no doubts about leaving her in charge when I am not present - I know she will make the right decision on my behalf.

Hayley recently assisted me at a large multicultural event in London, she was incredible. She was intuitively able to pick up my plans and understand them perfectly, a true professional. Efficient, calm and so adaptable. She was a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to work together again soon, 11/10!
